SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are created, packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Any order placed after 12:00 PM CT will ship the following business day. Most orders are shipped from our facility within 24-72 hours depending on item availability from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Holiday or Sale weekends are subject to a 24 hour processing period from the next business day. 


If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

 

Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Lonicera Candle Co. is not responsible for any stolen packages after the delivery of packages.

RETURN POLICY

All of our candles go through a thorough QC and inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product.  Please inspect your candles carefully before use.  We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping.  Photos of broken items will be required. All claims must be reported within 30 days of shipment.
 

Purchases made on www.loniceracandleco.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.

Lonicera Candle Co. does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned product.

  • $400 minimum. No account required. Minimum 3 orders per calendar year must be placed to hold wholesale prices with us.

DELIVERY TIME

  • 7 - 14 days for in-stock items. For larger orders and not in stock items please allow 10 -20 days for processing before we can ship. We are a smaller operation and larger orders do take some time to design, create and process.

  • Goods ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex

  • Domestic 3 - 7 day delivery depending on the region
     

REFUNDS
