Lonicera Candle Co. was born from a simple yet powerful moment—a fragrance carried on a warm Tennessee breeze that would change everything. After moving from Michigan to a quiet 14-acre farm in Shiloh, Tennessee, nestled beside the historic Shiloh National Military Park, founder/creator Jacqueline Phillips found herself surrounded by the raw beauty of the Tennessee countryside.

It was there, among wild grasses and whispering oak trees, that she experienced the sweet, intoxicating scent of honeysuckle for the very first time. That fragrance left an imprint—a vivid memory that sparked a question: How could I capture this feeling, this moment, and share it with others?

That question became the heart of Lonicera Candle Co. But it wasn’t just about making a candle—it was about the craft, the science, and the emotion behind fragrance itself. Every scent Jacqueline creates is designed to tell a story or spark a memory. Each candle is more than just wax and wick; it’s a sensory experience meant to stir something within you.

At Lonicera, we do things differently. Every candle is carefully handcrafted using 100% soy wax for a clean, long-lasting burn. Our fragrances are original—created in-house by Jacqueline herself—and are thoughtfully infused with essential oils for depth and authenticity. Even the vessels we use are intentionally chosen or handmade right here, making each piece truly special.
